Orders placed before 11:00 AM (CEST) will be shipped the same day. During the sales period, a large number of orders can result in longer delivery times.
All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operates between 9 AM —6 PM on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address (recommended).
TAXES AND DUTIES
The prices of products are Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
For all orders shipping outside of the EU, import and duty taxes may apply. Customs policies vary from country to country and we do not have any control over them. If you are required to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable through UPS.com
Y/PROJECT insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Y/PROJECT.
